No account or sign-up is required. Sauna Assistant does not ask for your name, email address, or a password to use the app.
Your session history, notes, settings, and maintenance records are stored locally on your devices. When iCloud is enabled for Sauna Assistant, this app data also syncs through your private iCloud account so it can stay up to date across your Apple devices.
We do not receive or access your session data. Sauna Assistant does not operate a server for this data. No app analytics or tracking software is included, and the app does not show ads.
Features that use Apple Health, Apple Watch, Apple Home, or iCloud require the permissions and services provided by Apple. Apple handles that data under your Apple account settings and its own privacy policy. Sauna Assistant only uses the access you choose to grant for the feature you request.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand general website traffic and page usage. For visitors from the EU/EEA, the UK, and Switzerland this runs only with consent given through the cookie banner — if you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. Elsewhere it is enabled by default and can be turned off at any time. This website analytics is separate from the Sauna Assistant app, which has no app analytics or tracking. To measure advertising effectiveness, the site also remembers in your browser which campaign or link brought you to the site, on the same consent basis. You can change your choice anytime via cookie settings.
We collect your email address when you join a waitlist or request a download, and use it only to provide the requested update or download. Download forms also use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse. Google and other service providers may process technical information under their own privacy policies.
