Do I need to bring my phone into the sauna?
No. Your phone connects to your sauna's multimedia system (Bluetooth/AirPlay) and controls HomeKit lights wirelessly, so it can conveniently stay outside. With the Apple Watch companion, you can start, pause, resume, and end sessions — and monitor your heart rate — directly from your wrist. You can also control your session via Live Activities on your Mac or iPad.
